"TERRIBLE service , they called me telling me my prescription are ready and when I get there they told me they still aren’t ready , the Hispanic older lady with grey hair is also rude , moves slow , and just don’t care , needs to get replaced , any who will be switching to another pharmacy !!!! Amanda was the best worker there"

"This used to be the best place in town to get a prescription. I called this morning at 9am. My prescription had been sent over before 7am. The tech said, "nope, sorry, we just don't have it." I hung up, checked with my doctor and called back. I got the same tech. I told him I had just called and let him know the doctor had faxed the rx. He said, "oh. Let me check the fax. Oh yeah, it's here. It'll be ready inan hour and a half." OK, so why not check the fax machine before you tell me you don't have it? It already takes an act of congress just to get the prescription written in the first place. I went ahead and waited 2.5 hours to give them some grace and noticed nothing had updated on the app. I called and got a SUPER RUDE Hispanic lady. She said, " oh that's not ready. I just put it in." I explained the situation and she cut me off before I could finish. She said, "well. I don't know what to tell you!! We're BUSY AND I JUST PUT IT IN. 45 minutes." She wouldn't let me get another word in. I get you're busy, but don't lie. Just say you don't care and it's not important to you so I can take my business elsewhere and get on with my life. I waited all day for that prescription and I should've gone elsewhere."

"The service and quality have severally declined. Especially over the last few months. It’s quite sad. They are constantly under staffed. seems they have no resolution and I’d be surprised if they stay open any longer. Unfortunately I’ll be looking for a different pharmacy."

"Rude for 1. *updated 01.26.24* I'm not sure when I'm gonna learn. That older Hispanic lady is rude and the pharmacist kept rejecting my prescription cause she didn't know if it was a pill or and injectable even though the script said 1mg INJECTABLE SOLUTION. IDIOTS. ALSO rejected my covid prescription because she didn't know how I needed to take it. Both doctors offices are completely flabbergasted because no other pharmacy has ever done this. They suck. Save your time. 2nd - They were busy so I told them I can come a day later and get my medicine. I show up at the time they said it would be ready and told me it wasn't ready and I had to wait another hour because they had been filling the prescriptions of people who were waking in. 3rd - I show up at 815 am with the flu to a pharmacy drive thru that is closed. I was told I would have to wait til 12 because they don't have workers. The whole point of a drive thru pharmacy line is to keep sick customers out of the store!!"

"Omg Can these people pay a little more and get more help at the pharmacy the lines are crazy!!!! Customer service is way bad!!!!! I worked here and the rest is great"
