"Worst customer service experience! We booked vaccines online, but when we showed up for the appointment, they didn’t have the one we registered for in stock. No phone call or email to let us know ahead of time. My husband has a broken leg and went in for no reason. They basically told us tough luck, our website isn’t great, then sent us to a 2nd location that had the vaccine in stock. When we got to the 2nd location, they refused to give us the vaccine because they were short handed and because the first location didn’t call to let them know we were coming. A complete waste of our time, with no offered solution. We will never use any Market Street or United pharmacy locations again."

"I have shopped at the store ever since it opened. I had never used the pharmacy and thought i'd give it a try 2 years ago I tried to get a flu shot there and they told me they were really too busy and just go to another store Last year I tried again and did get the flu shot but it took about an hour, even though there was no line. I am 84 years old and take about 10 or 12 prescriptions on a regular basis I use Good RX and it seems to be the best price for me. I gave my card to the older lady who works there and told her to get me the best price. I did my grocery shopping but still had to wait. I just paid and left the store, because I was very aggravated and did not want to be rude. After I got home, I check the price and I had been overcharged about $20.00. I called the lady whom I gave my card and she told me that she could not adjust the bill and next time I should check my charges before I left the store. I told her that the real mistake was using her service and I would not return. I have started using HEB on loop 250 and even though it is a little far for for me it is worth the extra drive."

"So disappointed in the way Ashley spoke to my husband. I understand that they are very busy. But some of the staff should be better trained on how to speak to customers when an issue arises with their prescriptions."

"Market Street pharmacy values the health insurance companies over patients and prescribed care from their personal doctor. Market Street pharmacy on Midkiff in Midland, Tx refuses to sell me the prescription that my doctor prescribed to me. Their reason is that my insurance doesn’t cover the medication. I understand that insurance doesn’t cover this specific medication and I told the pharmacy I am more than willing to pay out of pocket for the medication. The pharmacist still refuses to sell me my medication because the insurance wouldn’t pay for it. Why does the insurance company have the power to deny me the medication my doctor prescribed to treat my condition. Why does Market Street even care whether I pay for my medication or my insurance pays for it. How does that justify withholding treatment my personal physician has prescribed to me? Treat patients first and worry about pleasing insurance companies later"
