"I went for a covid test that I had scheduled the day before. I pulled up to the window and they said their tech had just left and they were trying to figure out how the test worked. Had me wait 20 mins and then shooed me off because they couldn't figure it out. Why set appointments if their one and only tech makes their own schedule?!"
"Slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered, takes days to fill a prescription that is literally a box off the shelf. Also, they never answer their phone when you try to call and see if your prescription is ready, which means you end up making two trips. One for them to tell you it's not ready, and then another to actually get the medicine The store is comparable to other CVS, just avoid sending any prescriptions there"
