"I dialed several times to keep an eye on whether there are apartments available since I have a friend who lives there and I really like the area, she tells me when there are available ones but the lady at the reception is always very rude when you ask questions, she tells you It says there are no available ones, you have to dial several times for it to say yes! when minutes before he says no. You ask how many rooms are available and she tells you that she doesn't know. I had told her if there was anyone else who could come by and help me and she told me no, it's just her."
