"I was living in a RAT infested apartment. Management didnt care. I told them to remove the dead rats and they said it wasnt important. My health was getting bad. I moved and now they want to collect remainder of lease. That place is discusting. Manager is careless and inconsiderate."
"Don't live here draconian policies. Manager is very unprofessional. Think again. Would never recommend this place. Pool was closed since February opened the day kids went back to school. They go in announced big sister almost 1984 effect. Duped by the tennis court (holes in it) and pool (was never available). Closed it Labor Day to have some individuals labor on the pool. Go figure not surprised. Would love to get her managers number or corporate office. Yet to return my inquiry."
"Do Not Move Here! I paid over $600 in deposit, yes 400 was for my 16lb dog. Completed my full year contract with notice and all. Moved out like planned and 6 months later I have a $450 charge on my credit report. $400 in cleaning fees outside of the $600 deposit. I took video after I moved out and took the time to ensure it was clean. I should've listened to the reviews."
"I lived in that property for 3 years and was sad to leave my apartment. This place has many restrictions but it is for the safety of its residents. I felt secure at all times. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and never saw any bugs. The staff responds quickly when it comes to repairs and the swimming pool was clean all year long. They have a beautiful landscape and the property is a very peaceful place for families."
"Small apartments, they tow your vehicle without first warning. Just purchased a car and on the first day I had it , it was towed. They were driving me crazy for 5$ that were owed and they just couldn't bill it on the next month rent. They gave me a hard time about some curtains that they recommended I put up in order to keep my electric bill down, giving notices that I needed to take them down. The pool was filthy most of the time in the summer , the water looked so gross and muggy. Parking is absolutely ridiculous!!!"
