Sundance Meadows Apartment Homes

"My sister has been living here for quite some time with no issues. Recently she has been visistee by a stalker that stand outside of her kids windows enticing them to go towards him. Management says there’s nothing they can do and that their cameras don’t work. It’s a gated apartment so you would think there’s some kind of safety but no this place is not safe to live in. For my sister to be going through that she doesn’t feel safe in her own home. We are currently looking to move her out of there because of this situation. There is no security in this place. This could’ve easily been a worse situation but I give this place 1 star for theiir lack of action towards this kind of threats. Terribly disappointed with management they take no responsibility for how unsafe this place can be. Please beware:"

"If the residents will follow the guidelines of proper human etiquette these apartments would be a pleasure to live in. Therefore it is adequate housing until people try to care. Thanks to the management and maintenance for trying their best."

"Not sure what star to put, I was a little disappointed. My husband and I are looking apartments (for when our lease is up) and we drove by about 2 wks ago and we both fell in love with this. I called them a week later and was advised that they are income based. I know with my husband's income we go over the income limit by a little bit. So I asked what would be the rent if we were to go over the limit and the lady I spoke with said that we couldn't live there at all if we did go over the limit. We were a bit sad about that just because they looked very nice inside and out and have good reviews and a perfect location from out jobs and we really loved them; but oh well I guess, our search continues!"

"I have lived on various properties here in Brownsville and out of the valley and this is by far one of THE BEST!! I’ve lived here for over a year already and don’t plan on leaving any time soon. The management is awesome...very friendly and understanding.The transition of property management ran very smoothly and had great communication...yes there have been some changes but everything was communicated in a timely manner. The property itself is very modern, clean and organized and my neighbors have been super friendly. I would highly recommend these apartments!!! Love my cozy home ♥️"

"Very disappointed with this company’s management. They are all about “business and money” and have very little “heart” or compassion. They hired a wrecker service to tow “unauthorized” vehicles, without putting up sufficient signage. They have one sign on the rolling gate that can not be seen at night, especially when it is open. They towed away an elderly couple’s car who was on premises to babysit their sick granddaughter. Very discouraging."
