"UODATE: the manager reached out. She gave me a free one and it was perfect! I appreciate the fact she cared about the experience. It seems many in service don’t anymore so it was refreshing. I wanted to provide an update to let others know I’m back to being a big fan. Original: clearly messed up the #10 Tuna Fish by putting lettuce on and realized it and tried to scrape MOST off while in the process took alot of the tuna too. Next time remake the sandwich. Usually my experience here is good but today was disappointing"

"This place Philly on original bread is absolutely amazing. I was completely thrown off guard with how great this fast food restaurant was. Don't buy fountain drink though, they are nasty, rosemary bread leave an disgusting aftertaste, and the chips are sometimes stale. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the service, the atmosphere, and the Original bread "emphasis on original" philly steak, will make nothing else matter. Thanks for the amazing experience."

"You guys are honestly the best sandwich place at the moment but since you guys slice your meats & cheeses razor thin it almost feels like I’m eating a vegetable sandwich.. I wish this company would give bigger cuts. I understand you guys want to make better profits but charging almost $20 for thinly sliced meats & cheese is ridiculous. This is my honest constructive criticism."

"The man taking orders and slicing meat on September 28th was geeeting everybody when they came in even though majority didn’t say anything back. Which I know can be demoralizing so kudos to him. Sandwich was made quickly and was made perfectly. Communication was great. Staff wasn’t over bubbly and super friendly but they were nice and did a good job. I almost went to a different location because of all the bad reviews about bad customer service but I definitely didn’t have that experience here. Sorry for the rude people giving bad reviews or good job on making changes and fixing your previous issues. Whatever the case may be me and my girlfriend were beyond satisfied with our sandwiches and will definitely be returning. Give the guy taking orders a raise!"

"I been to jersey mikes in the past many times. Today I will judge like my 1st time. I got the tuna and root beer. Simply amazing. Tuna was not dry like some places. Not sure if it the tomatoes, oil, seasoning or even the lettuce but everything was flavorful. The bread was perfect. Not hard like some places. I highly recommend. I ordered a head and it was ready. Comes in a cute tote bag. Everything tasted fresh"
