"Do NOT order online thru the pizza hut website. They use doordash drivers and there's no way that the drivers will be penalized if they ever steal your food because doordash will not help you in any way and they cannot retrieve the details of the driver who picked your order up. It took us a lot of hoops to go thru to get a refund back, and that should never be the case with any establishment whatsoever. And the staff member who answered our call was very rude to us. We were talking to them in a calm manner, and he's the one who was mad, making it seem like he's the one who did not get their pizza delivered to them. Unacceptable."
"My family and I had gotten home after Halloween festivities and everyone was hungry. I ordered a couple dinner boxes for dinner and when my wife went to pick them up she told me the place was so packed she had to wait a few minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and a few of them were even wearing costumes. Dining room was decorated. Thank you Pizza Hut for making my night easy and my family happy!! 5 stars"
