"I order a Hawaiian style pizza and it was very bad. I don't know what kind of sauce they use for it but it look like ketchup instead if pizza sauce. Very bad pizza! Never going back."

"This is the most horrible experience I ever had in this planet, the food is not what they say it is. As you can see the cannoli is not made out of pistachios they use green colors for peanuts and put them there. The cannoli filling is not ricotta. The tiramisu is not made out of egg. It’s whipped white cream with coconut powder. This is a scam specially to people who know the food industry very well."

"Ordered thin crust pizza. The pizza was far from thin crust and very bland. Onion rings were cold as well and the side of ranch was put in with the once hot onion rings so it was warm and inedible. I was there well before my scheduled time so I don't know when they were made. Very disappointing"

"We loved this place! Just stopped by as we passed through Joliet on our road trip. The menu has every kind of italian food you can think of. Our pastas were served with loaves of bread and salads. The salad dressings were incredible, and the pasta was flavorful and cooked perfectly! Service was friendly and hospitable. Can’t recommend Baci enough!"

"Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the lady that took our order was very nice. The food is very bland. Me and my girlfriend got the seafood Alfredo and garlic cheese bread. The shrimp still have their tails on. There was no garlic cheese bread in the bag, just 2 roll things."
