"You can't call the store. You call customer service center. I accidentally put my wrong address in. They couldn't correct it so they said try calling the driver once it's picked up. If they deliver it to the wrong place I'm out of luck rhey said its my fault wow.they are not even using there own drivers it's not even listed on there app. If I knew this I would have never ordered it to begin with. So I may be out of money no food and they will not and can't not fix the correction. This is the first time and last time I will order from this place."

"While I understand things can run behind here I will not tolerate poor customer service. I placed an order through their app and it said my pizza would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I got there about 30 minutes after my order was placed assuming my food would be ready. It was not. After waiting an additional 15 minutes I asked the cashier behind the counter how much longer my order would take. After going in the back for several minutes he came back with another customers order and did not even come back to me to answer my question. I asked to speak to a manager and a woman named Kayla came to the front. Kayla made no eye contact with me, offered no apologies, would not answer how much longer my order would take, and had a nasty attitude the entire time she spoke to with a very disrespectful tone. I’m never coming back to this location ever again!"

"I put my order in an hour ago for one damn deep dish pizza and they still didn’t make it and the female African American manager looked like she was on crack . They refused to help me so I just left and had called my bank to void the order ."

"Crazy Calzony pizza was received like this and put in the pizza portal. The manager is Horrible and Childish! He refused to remake it even after a photo before I tried eating this inedible mess! He was even rolling his eyes at me like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. He got mad because another customer wanted a refund due to them not having a Caesar dip he ordered. The only competent manager there is Mark. He's a awesome guy. Other than that Steer clear away from here!"
