"Great gas prices but the folks at this particular location aren't adept at working the computer system/cash registers. Our family has been traveling around the midwest and have started frequenting the Casey's gas-stops. Every one of them has been outstanding...until we ventured into this location today. Took me an untoward amount of minutes to get a receipt for the the gas I pumped, and this was after I pre-paid for the gas and it was assigned to the wrong pump. Don't get me wrong - the people working there are kind enough. But we all got a little contentious back/forth because of how frustrating their system was to give me a receipt for the gas I purchased. I pre-paid, but needed an exact receipt for taxes and other reasons. Don't know why "this" particular station couldn't figure it out when we've been doing the same thing for the past week across the midwest at other Casey's. They did take my suggestion to call another manager who was on-break/not on the property and she walked the poor souls through it that were having so much trouble - bless their hearts! We'll continue to frequent Casey's while we're traveling this summer."

"Casey’s gave our sandwich to someone else and it wasn’t in our order. When we called and told them they were immediately sorry, delivered us a new sandwich freshly made and included a treat for our inconvenience. Fantastic customer service!!!!"

"1st right back after living in Kentucky for 14 years , my sister ordered a large mushroom pizza. It was a big disappointment . The crust was raw and inedible. The toppings were great so it wasn't a total waste. The next pizza we ordered was excellent. Casey's has the best taco pizza. Will be ordering one again. Going to try the subs and donuts too"
