"Got a bacon cheeseburger from here cheese was dry I ordered onions on my sandwich and they put red onions on it and the employee decided to run my bun through the oven for some reason and it was rock hard and still put it in a container and gave it to us!"

"Night shift employees had no idea what they were doing. The one guy that did know what was going on couldn't take care of everyone. Waited in line 10 minutes before I just put my stuff down and left. There were at least 12 other people inside waiting with only one cash register open, plus people outside waiting for prepaid gas"
"Don't try the Beer Cheese breakfast pizza! So gross tasted like watered down cheese goo. Update 12/30/22 I was contacted by Casey's customer service department after I sent an email about the pizza. They credited my account with a pizza. Awesome customer service! I was not looking for anything free however, it is great to know that someone does read those and provides a solution to the problem, as well as an apology. Thanks!"
