"Ordered online and showed up at time app says to pick up 45 minutes after ordering. Was told it wasn’t even started yet. I was told it would be another half hour. The app needs fixed or more people hired. Very inconvenient for customers. Probably just get somewhere else next time."
"My orders have been correct and hot no issues. So what busy times your gonna wait close to a hour I wanna see you get a pizza in less then a hour at dinner rushes and on Friday night good luck to your wishful thinking at any place. This Little Ceasars has my vote so happy one is in Keokuk now I will be happy to wait two hours for my pizza and will still eat it cold ( never happened to me at this location ) I will be back and so will my family."
"Waited over 2 hours for 1 pizza and garlic bread sticks after being told multiple times our order was in the oven, even tho I could clearly see there wasn’t one in the oven at all, ended up leaving and coming back, when I returned they said I wasnt in there system! The worst of all if the horrible presentation of the pizza itself it was cold and the toppings had slid off the pizza into the box, cheese and all. DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"First time leaving a review here, but it was nearly impossible go get a pizza from here. Their app won't let you order, they're phone was turned off, even the drive thru speaker was shut off. I waited in like for 75 minutes to order since about a third of the people in line just left without ordering. Once I was finally able to order they were out of a bunch of items. Then I had to wait like 40 minutes to get my 1 pizza. They should not be open yet."
