"I was just passing through town, and Wendy's sounded good to me. I don't like reviewing an establishment I've visited only once, but... regarding the service, I'm hoping this was just an off day for them. I walked in the door, and there were six people already waiting to place an order. I stood in line for OVER twenty minutes before I finally reached the counter, then waited another ten minutes before my order was finally taken. There was one lady taking orders, then leaving the counter to put orders together (bags, trays, drinks) then, bouncing back to the register to take a couple of orders then off again to put orders together. The dining area drink machine was out of order, so it was another lengthy wait for a drink refill. And, this was BEFORE the noon rush. My meal was good, the hot food was hot so I have no complaints there. Also, not once was there an apology for the long wait."
"The staff was definitely not on their game game tonight. They were too busy yabbering with each other and complaining to turn out a good product in a timely manner. I ordered 2 large chilis and a 10 piece chicken nuggets. I received 2 1/2 full chilis and 9 nuggets. I did not receive any crackers. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience. On a good note, the employee at the window smiled and was pleasant."
"I placed my order with the cashier at 5:34 and didn't receive the order until 5:54! Over half the food was cold and was not what we ordered!! No apologies or anything of the sort. I will never go back here again. This place has gone down hill over the past few years!"

"Let's have an Amen. I like this store. ANTONIO is someone I'd come back just to say hi to. His spirit is full of joy. He put a smile in my face all day long. The food was good too. Hot fries and cold drinks. Good as always but the trip to this Wendy's is to rejoice with ANTONIO."
