"They were out of sour cream, jalapeño sauce, and dorrito taco shells, but it was still all an option when ordering online. Didn't find out until I was picking up the food after it was paid for. I had food missing plus the items they were out of. I'm out around $15 and was told there is no way to refund the difference. But hey, I got a card for a couple of free soft shell tacos..."

"Went to the keokuk Taco Bell drive thru after waiting what felt like 10 minutes ( was probably 2) the person inside said she’d be with us in a minute. She took our order then read it back but neglected to repeat the drinks so I told her the 2 drinks also she said you want 2 additional drinks I said no you didn’t include the drinks when you read the order back then she started getting loud then I did too so she turned off the intercom and I drove around to the window sat there for about a minute and a different girl game over and said that the other girl refused to serve me. Now I don’t know but I think they should provide better customer service if they want to stay open it didn’t matter to me that they didn’t serve me because there are plenty of other places to get food but this girl ( I don’t know her name) should not be working in any type of customer service! Only gave 1 star because no stars was not an option"

"Do not and I mean DO NOT! Get the chips and cheese. The chips were awful. The quesadillas haven’t been getting cut and the fries were soggy and cold. Overall pretty terrible do better Taco Bell do better. Edit just got them again and this is what I got not a single bite taken from the new “grilled nacho fries” Tried to call twice and no answer what a joke."

"So a update been going to Quincy Taco Bell. What a major upgrade. The Baja blast don’t taste flat and has flavor the food items actually come well made and tastes amazing. So worth the drive for sure. Still will not go to Keokuk stack bell. Still has the help wanted sign up and the lady who overcharged us and refused to fix the issue still works there so Keokuk Taco Bell is still slums and they never have half the items on the menu don’t eat there Lady at the window in the evening is so sweet. Other service sucks got nachos meal and nothing was on it and had next to nothing for toppings No meat a spoon full of beans The taco had a spoon of meat and all lettuce no cheese. Very unhappy about what you pay for KPB sucks and cheats people same with Pizza Hut."

"Several years ago this Taco Bell was one of the best fast food restaurants in Keokuk. It seems after 2019 it was sold to KBP foods and now is among the worst. Consistently out of stock. Once no tortillas, a few weeks later fryer caught fire, ect. Today I placed an order at the kiosk as you can't order at the counter. Waited 10+ minutes and was told they were out of nacho fries. Maybe next time have a list of food they are out of. The employees were nice and offered me a replacement but this place is in free fall. It seems to me all the owners care about is profit. This place is just not worth going to anymore. Previous: Ordered the new steak white hot ranch fries. Tiny size. 8 fries, 6 tiny steak bits and covered in lots of ranch sauce. For $3.50. And doesn't look anything like the picture. Asked the staff and they said there was nothing they could do. Rip off."
