"Hello everybody this is the 5th time when I order the Beach Club sandwich and they give me 3 slices of turkey come on guy !!! You can’t even taste the turkey.. so disappointed of this location… You guys scamming people trying make more money.. but guess what you and losing the costumers!!! That’s the last time I’m ordering anything from You Guys !!!"

"I ordered food on the app. Said app didn't tell me that this location was closed on a Saturday night. I placed my order, and now that I've checked online, I am unable to receive my food. I am NOT happy! I want a refund! This was HORRIBLE! I'll never be shopping here again. I do expect to hear back from this place with my refund! This was NOT FREAKY FAST!"

"The last time I was at this Jimmy John's I was with my elderly mother who had Alzheimer's and was terminally ill, the employee grew impatient with her because she was having difficulty understanding the menu and he began yelling at her causing her to begin crying. She has since passed; however, I felt the manner in which she was treated at this Jimmy John's was so abysmal the I needed to comment on it. For anyone who might be wondering; this was not during the lunch or dinner rush. It was approximately 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and there was one other couple there who were already seated, so it's not like there was a line. UPDATE: Two months ago when I posted this review I received a response from Jimmy John's directing me to their website to give feedback about my experience. I went to their website and gave my feedback and I subsequently received an email from Jimmy John's stating the matter had been forwarded to the franchisee and someone would contact me. Well, no one has ever contacted me; therefore, I can only conclude that Jimmy John's in general and this franchisee in particular do not care about the elderly and the terminally ill and they must think that yelling and being rude to alzheimers patients, the elderly, and the terminally ill is acceptable. UPDATE #2: It has now been 3 months since Jimmy John's has said someone would contact me, and no one has. I have contacted Jimmy John's customer service every month for the past 3 months. I can only conclude that it is the company policy of Jimmy John's to mistreat the elderly and the terminally ill. UPDATE #3: It has now been 4 months and still no response from Jimmy John's. Update #4: Five months and counting... Still no response from Jimmy Johns Update #5: It has been over 6 months since I contacted Jimmy John's corporate about this. I understand they can't turn back the clock and change what happened; but, an apology would have gone a long way. I'm done updating this post, it is obvious that Jimmy John's corporation and this franchisee specifically don't care about the elderly and the terminally ill; if they did they would have apologized for the actions of their employee."
