"Absolutely a tasty hit! Smallish sit-down Restaurant that is mainly take-out. Owners are a delight and so is the cooking. Best Mac n cheese I've ever had. While we were waiting for our chicken they gave us some ribs and Mac and cheese to sample. Delicious! We had the spices chicken & fries, and 3 piece fried chicken wings with corn bread & macn cheese. All tasty! MY wife says chicken better than Gus's.... Can't wait to try more!"

"Tried some delicious Southern fried catfish, chicken, mac and cheese, dirty rice and hush puppies! Will have to come back on a day when they are offering ribs and collard greens! Restaurant is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, clean dining area, prices were fair and Tangie, the owner, was very helpful and upbeat! The other customers dining in seemed happy with their meals as well!"

"Freshly made chicken wings like no other. Exceptionally juicy meat, flavorful seasonings. My granddaughter wanted to know if there were more fries. She has never asked for more fries - usually left the half behind. Great service."

"Just grabbed the chicken bowl for lunch - and inhaled it! It was actually a great "light" option for lunch (got the small). Everything I've ever had here has been delicious - but as comfort food often is - it feels like a splurge. This felt like a splurge too, but without any guilt! :) Not sure what they do to season everything so well - but it was so fresh and tasty! As always - this place serves up the best food!"

"Order everything! It was all so good!! The chicken was incredible but the fried spare ribs are the perfect food that you never knew you were supposed to order! We wanted the regular slab of ribs but they were not available. They suggested the fried spare ribs. They are beyond tasty!! The best fried food I have ever eaten. We also had the mac and cheese (spectacular!), the rice and sausage (spicy yumminess!), the collard greens (best ever!), the broc 'n roll (so good!), and a perfect corn bread that would make my grandma jealous! This will be a regular stop for us from now on. If ordering via a delivery service app, call ahead to see what is really available for you to order as they have a rotating menu each day that the apps don't allow for. Well worth the extra step. Super friendly and accommodating owner. The perfect weekend meal for the family. **Update - Stopped in and had the incredible fried okra and the Ultimate Chicken Sandwich. It is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Just wow!"
