Rosati's Pizza

"This place has mid pizza that is bordering on bad. The service leaves much to be desired but it does seem like they try. I had an issue with my order since the guy who took my original order didn’t understand what I 2 wanted and put in the wrong items. Long story short, i had to call my credit card company and have a charge reversed even though i gave Rosatis plenty of time to reverse the charge themselves. I tried going back since my family enjoys it but the last time i ordered the pizza was terrible :/ sucks cause this use to be my go to but seems like they have gone down in quality recently."

"Yes I had ordered A medium pizza cheese and sausage extra cheese and a dozen wings mild And I always order the cheese and sausage pizza. With extra cheese if you look at my past. Here are the facts. I ate the wings open up my pizza. And it's a cheese pizza which I did not order. I called up the young man on the phone, said no. No no you ordered cheese and And a dozen wings I stated. I always order cheese and sausage pizza. Look at my past, then, I asked to talk to a manager. He hung up the phone. So I wrote a review where it says contact us. I still receive no answer and the manager never called back. It is now 913 pm o'clock. Obviously they're closed so therefore, will I order any more from these people? "Absolutely horrible place. Placed an order for 2 pizzas. Was told 20 mins waited over an hour with the checkout girl just sitting on her phone. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they were busy. Checkout girl said come back tomorrow to talk to him asked the girls name was told you don’t need to know my name. And then they charged us full price."

"Good food but they get the order wrong 2/5 times. This time they didn’t even own up to the mistake. They just offered me my pasta and didn’t even recognize that we had 2 other pizzas coming. When I said I had 2 pizzas with my order they talked amongst themselves, and it was clear that they hadn’t started making our pizzas yet. The manager came over saying I arrived early; which i arrived within the time window that was texted to me. They then took the next 22 min to cook my pizza, with the manager ultimately saying that my pizzas took longer. I understand mistakes, and even if the pizzas were truly already in the oven just own and apologize that the food is not or will not be ready within the time window that is provided. I wish this was the first time that we have had issues but we have ordered from there several times a month for the past few years and they regular get something about our order wrong. I wish they could do better on getting their orders right because they do have good pizzas."

"Other Rosati from Deerfield area gave us fresh salad with sweet italian sauce. Well this location didn’t give us their sweet italian. Maybe they don’t have it here? Still. My romaine should be fresh though. Pink stuff on romaine is not right. Old romaine. 2 stars only for fries."
