"We recently had the pleasure of visiting RamenDobo. We were looking for a real ramen place that close to home and this is it. From the moment we walked in, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu have a variety of ramen options, but I went with Garlic bomb ramen. And oh boy, was it exceptional! The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of creaminess. The noodles were cooked to perfection. Additionally, the portion size was generous, leaving me completely satisfied by the end of the meal. Thank you Debbie and her nephew Mark for the warm welcome! Del"
"Staff was friendly, and the service was good. Basic decor. Ramen was okay. The chashu was okay and the tonkatsu was okay. The boiled egg was okay. The noodles were basic and okay. However, the tonkotsu stock was amazing. Best I've had in the area. A lot of time and effort went into this broth. I know. I've made it a number of times and this one is no joke. Not too salty and full of flavor. Well crafted. I am so coming back to this place again."
"When they first opened they had really great food and portions. They still offer tasty food but, the portion sizes are less. I ordered the Garlic Bomb which used to come with 3 slices of Chashu Pork, then it started coming with 2 slices, now it comes with 1 slice... for $15.50+tax. It just isn't worth going back for the price."
"This is such a cute place. The food was really tasty. I ordered my Ramen spicy, and it was a perfect level of spice, where it is not burning your mouth, but enhances the flavor. I absolutely loved the service, it was not over the top or forced, but effortless genuine hospitality, where you feel welcomed and taken care of. Will be back again soon, can't wait to try other dishes."
