"I've stayed away from the Cary location in the past due to service issues. Today I decided to go back only to have my 2 item order prepared incorrectly. My advice is to steer clear of this location as they are known in our community for poor service."
"Taco Bell really gets you hungry. I always liked the Crunchwrap Supreme and the beefy 5-Layer burrito as the Build Your Own Cravings Box. Im always AMAZED how bright and calm the interior is. The one thing they need to work on is their presentation of their food. When I unwrap the paper on a burrito, I expect myself to be exited about eating. Now I get the fact that all you see is the outside of the burrito so it’s not colorful, but it’s usually squished. But like, it’s all about the taste, so overall, really nice place to go to any time."
"I just got some food. This is the worst bell I have ever had!!! The Softshell taco Supremes were tossed together and only half the tacos had cream. The quesadillas were all sauce and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Will never go back to this place. The girl at the window just gave me nasty looks"
"Be careful of surprise changes in prices. There have been huge mark-ups on many items. Been local for a long time, and the experience at this Taco Bell has been enjoyable 90% of the time. The huge increase in prices is unbelievable though, and frankly laughable. I realize that fast food is a luxury, but increasing the cost of a burrito or a value meal by nearly 50% of its original price tells me that I should no longer order from here. Seems very greedy to me, so I'll practice my meal prepping at home and save loads of money in the process. Thanks but no thanks, Taco Bell."
"Went there last night around 9 pm. Waited a very long time in the drive through. When we got to the window, it was apparent that the young man was the only one there working - taking orders, cooking food, packaging orders, cashier, and serving inside customers. He was working calmly and methodically to take care of the customers as efficiently as one could running the entire operation on his own. Was so polite. The food was delicious and the order was accurate. We gave him a tip. But, he deserves a huge raise. I hope he is appreciated for the awesome employee that he is. And I hope the other customers appreciated that he was on his own there."
