"I used to work here and then it was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Now, it seems they're understaffed and the staff available aren't interested in friendly customer service. In fact, they're rude, awkward, and generally unhelpful. The girl that wears the mask and heavy eyeshadow and mascara like warpaint refused to even check us out even though we had waited and a line was forming. The guy behind the counter looked at us, didn't say a word and walked to a case and began to arrange it. We didn't end up buying anything then. I left my items at the counter and walked out. It's a shame. I used to LOVE to bring my family there and done so for a long time. 2 Sundays before Christmas. Time to whip this place back into shape."
"Love the ability to buy both new and used across the media they provide. I wish their vinyl collection was bigger + no VHS?? Other v stocks have vhs so I was a little bummed."
