It might be wise to consider evaluating those at the top of the organization, whether corporate, the owner, or the management, because leadership decisions significantly impact these areas."
"This is the first time I’ve went to a Popeyes and got great service, fresh hot food and clean environment. Got my food in ten minutes. I ordered 10 pc family meal and 14 pc tender meal. Christine and her coworker got me in and out in 10 minutes. Christine was very friendly. Greeted me, thanked me and I wish all Popeyes had service like this."
"Wanted to order the spicy chicken 10 piece dinner, however, it looked dry as if sitting for a long time so went with the regular chicken. The chicken was bland lacking flavor. The potato side comes with Cajun gravy, which was just 'ok'. The Biscuits were underdone and hard. Nothing was hot, rather barely luke warm. All in all a poor experience, don't expect to eat there again."
"This is one of the worst places I've eaten at in a long time. Not only can you see employees eating food in the back, phones out on the counter, employees yelling at other employees outside through drive up window, and the amount of garbage everywhere. This place makes way to much food to be sitting around even on a Friday night at 7pm! Huge mounds of chicken tenders, fried chicken, shrimp, sandwiches, sides, etc with no one in the restaurant or in drive through. Can't imagine keeping food cost down as you throw away that much food. As I waited 15 min for 1 pie (got the wrong one on top of everything) then there is paper on the bottom of the pie that has been deep fried as shown in the picture. When do red beans and rice come with refried beans? Employees need to be reminded to wash their hands! This place needs major help for being a corporate place, they better hope another chicken place doesn't come to the neighborhood!"
