"I felt so bad for the poor woman running the store. My order never was sent to them while I was there. Another man came back he had gotten the wrong order. The manager of the store, a woman was overwhelmed with the amount of orders and the lack of help. I felt so bad for the poor woman. She can hardly hear and was doing the best she could but there was a line of five people behind me and nobody was happy, whoever owns this franchise needs to do better buys employees and customers . Will never order them again. All I hope is that poor woman running the store on the night of March 1 is being paid well for her frustration and the lack of help."

"PIZZA WAS TERRIBLE! We ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and cheesy breadsticks for delivery this past Friday night. We get pizza almost every Friday night and recently moved from the west coast and have been looking for something besides deep dish. We used to enjoy occasionally getting Pizza Hut so decided to give it a try, assuming we’d get similar quality to what we’ve had in the past. WRONG. This was quite possibly the WORST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER HAD. For starters, they don’t tell you you’re ordering via DoorDash on their website until the order is complete. We generally don’t use third party sites like that, as the food tends to arrive cold. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold (surprise!) and the pizza crusts were like cardboard - rock hard and completely flavorless. The wings were gross and the breadsticks had so much seasoning they were almost inedible - it was almost like the top to the shaker had fallen off when they shook the herbs on top of the cheese. To top it all off, the marinara for the breadsticks was so strange-tasting that nobody would eat it! It was sweet and tasted “off” in a way we couldn’t put our finger on. We spent almost $60 on a dinner that mostly went into the trash can. Extremely disappointing. We will not be ordering again."

"Customer service and lack of communication during visit was horrible. When we got the order home. Wrong order and unable to communicate with the store as they would not answer the phone. Online chat only offered a few coupons and advised to work with “contact us” option, which I was having issues with - which is why I went with Facebook messenger chat to being with."

"This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. They consistently make the pizzas poorly and leave them under the heater too long. There are plenty of other, better places in the area."

"This place is a disaster and should not be an open business. Not only do they give us a time hours off but they messed up our order. They're out of items needed for their combos and when you try to call to get the right pizza they pick up the phone and hang up after so many rings. After accepting we were stuck with that pizza and eating it everyone got violently ill 6 hours later. Here we are the next day and I'm still sick. The pizzas they gave us were still raw, with almost no sauce. I cooked them in my oven but something is still off. I'm reporting them to the local health department."
