"Absolutely terrible management and staff. Kid is in love with BK for reasons I’ll never understand. Went through drive through was told to “wait a minute” and after 5 minutes of silence I merely said “hello”. The male cook got on the microphone and barked back “we’re short staffed, have three people here and one cook can you be patient and just hold on?!”. All that was needed was a nice explanation not to be disrespected and yelled at. When I finally ordered and pulled through the female dread locked employee failed to apologize and was rude as well. Will not return, my kid will live without this filth."
"One of my favorite fast food establishments is this location. always very clean and inviting. They know me by name and know my order . Always fresh and never disappoints! Excellent service!!"
"The food was only okay, but the service was very rude. They acted annoyed that we were bothering them, even with a fairly simple order. We've been here maybe 6 times over the last few years and it's always a bad experience whether they mess up the order or act very annoyed at customers for ordering. I would highly recommend skipping this restaurant."
"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had going through the drive thru. The kid working the window made selections for me and when I would ask something he wouldn't respond. He had such an attitude the whole time. Then at the window, he was punching the counter. And even slammed the window shut after taking my money and giving me my drinks. Which were apple juice for my kids that were leaking all over the place. Literally falling apart."
