"never hade a problem here until recently I assume they have a new manger or staff member that was extremely rude she (tall white lady in her 40s or 50s with a pony tail)constantly made faces when me and my wife were asking for shoe sizes that didn’t seem to be available, then my wife over heard her that lady saying to another white Costumer that “Rockford has to many people of color” I don’t think someone like that should be working there when most costumers are POC."

"We were there Sunday Nov 12th shortly after they opened. Alot if customers but only two employees, one on phone most of the time. The other was young and apparently newer as all answers were "I think so." We would have preferred yes or no. Also wanted a foot measurement but too busy. The slip on men's very limited only a few to choose from. We did manage to buy two pair."
