"Love buckle and I love their clothes. I had an issue with the jeans I just bought where one of the rivets lost the back of it and some of the threads were starting to break. No questions asked they exchanged them and I now have a much better pair. The girl will help me out I assume is the manager who can't wait to get that sling off her arm is awesome and I would definitely go back because of her"

"Employees at the store were amazing but lots of miss communication and ended up getting the wrong order, then having to talk to customer support for many hours. A very much waste of time if the simple task was just done correctly the first time. Then when I received the correct item, the box was a bit smashed and tainted looking. While this definitely could have happened in the delivery stage it was just upsetting as the boots were very expensive and a gift for my boyfriend."
