"A great store with a good variety in a small space. They seemed to have more stock than some of the other doublewide stores. Good variety at reasonable prices and large, clean fitting rooms!"
"Cashier was so nice and friendly. I was loading up on clothes, which are so cute and reasonably priced here, and she asked if I needed to start a fitting room. I shop here often and don’t need to try on clothes so I declined, then she asked if she could hold it for me at the register so I didn’t have to carry them, which was so sweet of her and I appreciated it! They routinely run great sales too!"
"Staff is extremely pushy, at first they were welcoming but after getting pushed to try on many items it was too much to handle so I told her I would just shop online. She decided to make a rude comment to me, would not recommend unless you're looking for a place to make you uncomfortable."
"Shannon (a worker at Francescas) was really nice and she made the experience that much more fun. I loved her enthusiastic energy and she just made shopping for clothes so much more enjoyable. She helped my family remembers find clothes and help them find the right sizes without even having to be asked. Shannon honestly deserves raise. I just loved her vibe sooo much and would go back to store just because of her."
"Honestly, I have always loved shopping at francesca's because the clothing is super cute, high quality and at a reasonable price. But this francesca's has some of the most ignorant staff I have ever come across. My friend and I walked in looking for a nice dress for a very special occasion, at first the woman that approached us seemed nice, complimented my friend and seemed very friendly. We decided to try an item on and the entire time her and another associate consistently walked toward the entrance of the dressing room we were in asking if we were finding everything alright.. of course we were, we were simply trying it on to make sure the item fit right. As we decided we were not purchasing the item, we proceeded to make our way out of the dressing room when suddenly one of the associates asks how the shirt fit to which I responded it fit well but I was not going to purchase it, she then says "I will take it from you then." and practically ripped the item from my hands. EXTREMELY unprofessional if you ask me. I work retail myself, and I completely understand the steps to take for loss prevention, but their way was definitely not it."
