Sonic Drive-In

"I order at Sonic frequently and use the mobile app all of the time for half priced drinks and the rewards. Today I ordered a mobile order at 1:17pm for pickup at 1:30 and I pulled up at 1:32pm, indicated I was there through the app. So at 1:45pm no one had come to the stall yet so I decided to wait another 10 minutes and then I went through the drive through which was backed up as well I waited in the drive through for another 30 minutes for my order. I waited for my order for almost an hour total. This is by far the worst Sonic experience I have ever had. I understand being busy but whoever was in there was literally ignoring the gentleman in the car next to me pushing the red button trying to get someone’s attention, another car honked their horn trying to get someone’s attention and not one time did someone come out and say anything regarding our orders. Then the man in the window proceeded to tell me they lost my ticket and didn’t even know what I ordered. Had I of not already spent $13 on my food I would have honestly left. I’m not sure who manages this store but from one restaurant manager to another, I would get a handle on whatever is going on over there because this was the worst fast food experience I have ever had in my entire life and I myself will no longer be ordering from this Sonic location."

"Ordered 6 double cheeseburgers advertised for $1.99, a large french fry, and a large soda. (Have to watch my girlish figure, so it was a Diet Coke.) I pulled up to the window and was greeted promptly to pay, which I did. Long story short: Paid the cashier at 5:14 pm but didn't receive any food until 5:49! Not one individual came back to that window to give us an update, nor did they apologize for it taking as long as it did once we got our food. Great food, not so great customer service."

"At the one on the west side of Belleville, I pushed the red button and the girl told me to hold on. I tried to be nice because it was around lunch time and I understand that they might not be fully staffed. And since I had nothing else going on, I waited. 10 minutes later, I pushed the button again and she told me to hold on again. She never even tried to take my order and has the audacity to have an attitude with me when I said I'll just spend my time and money elsewhere. I also told her to go to Chick Fila to learn some manners."

"Went to Sonic for two shakes and tots. When we got to the drive thru there was one car ahead of us. We waited Bout 10 minutes and then it was our turn. After paying for the drinks and tots the lady handed me my card and the tots and said she was just waiting on the shakes. We waited another 20 minutes for the shakes. Inside there was two girls in pajamas and everyone was just goofing off. There was two cars behind me as well. When we finally got our drinks the two girls who were in pajamas on the inside goofing off with the employees were walking away with shakes of their own; which is why I'm guessing we had to wait 20 minutes was so they could make their own shakes first. Really unprofessional."

"This is the 3rd time I've ordered via the app (the only way to get half price drinks) anfmd when you get to a stall, the order never comes. After waiting 10 minutes, you have to hope someone comes out or go up to the door to get the food you paid for and even then they can't find the order. Once they do, your food has been sitting and is now cold."
