"It is a very cozy place to hook up with friends or just by yourselves. We had excellent service. The squash soup was very good. Love that there is an ethnicity of employees there."
"The workers very careless packed our food.. My sandwich was not even wrapped and a lot of it spilled into the bag. My fiancé is a vegetarian and parts of my sandwich which contained meat spilled out onto his. They also didn’t even wrap a bakery item we got. Very disappointed! What a mess!!!"
"I have recieved spoiled or rotten food on 3 different occassions. The first time was a sandwich with a rotten avacado in it. The second time was brocolli cheddar soup that was clearly spoiled and separating in the bowl. Finally, I just got a tub of cream cheese that had an off putting smell and tasted spoiled. I typically love panera and have great experiences at other locations. I try to not order from this location but the problem is that it's the closest to where I live. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and drive to a different location with fresher ingredients and food."
"The broccoli cheddar soup was not very good. The consistency of the soup was not the usual. Very watered-down. It was not creamy at all. I've had this soup many times and this was a first. Hopefully next time I get it, it will be better."
"Eat here at your own risk - the food is typically good, but unfortunately it's never dependable. I rarely order from here now because more often than not, there's something wrong with my order (items missing) or there's barely any meat on it (quite literally just a few shreds of chicken). For the price of the food, the quality should improve, but unfortunately it's consistently inconsistent. I will say though, the staff is usually friendly and their frosted cookies are always superb."
