"ordered online, when i got my food from delievery person everything looked like it was correct until i got it into the house to see pizza was wrong but was given right reciept tried calling but no answer go figure"
"I called Pizza Hut on the Belt in Belleville to order pizza for my grandkids. I stated "I will like to order a stuffed crust cheese one topping pizza... "For the one topping I would like sausage." The lady on the phone rudely replies and says "Do you want cheese or sausage??" I repeated that I wanted sausage as the topping. After her rudeness, I told her nevermind and that I no longer like to make an order. I will NOT patronize a business that has poor customer service. If she didn't understand me she could have simply ask me to repeat my order. There was no reason to be rude."
"Best Pizza Hut in town. I live near so I get carryout and can order a pizza and it's generally ready in 15 mins. Never had an order wrong or a over/undercooked pizza. The melts are on point too"
"Pizza Hut is getting ridiculous. We order large stuff crust with parmesan sauce, with chicken bacon and onions with an order of cinnamon rolls. We had it delivered. First off, I guess they didn’t have deliver drivers so I received a text that door dash was going to deliver it. I’m like ok. They get here and sit in the drive way for about 7 minutes on the phone so finally I had to open the door like give me my food. Open the box and it’s not what I order and it was burnt. The person who made it didn’t even try to look at what we order. They made red sauce with only chicken and burnt. That was the whole purpose of me placing for delivery so I didn’t have to get out. I took the mess back up there and got a refund. We always order from Pizza Hut and here lately it seems they are getting worst by the day. I wanted my refund back for the delivery tip also because she just sat there talking on the phone but the lady said she couldn’t give that back. We were very disappointed especially cause we order all the time from Pizza Hut."
"The online pick up needs work. I called to let them know I had arrived they put me on hold and never got back to me,went inside and got my order within minutes. The store was not busy at all so why was I put on hold. Luckily the pizza was decent."
