"We ordered from Papa John's often. This most recent time, we ordered pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza was crunchy, and the delivery driver claimed to have no change so instead of a $5 tip, we were forced to give him a $10 tip. When we went to talk to the store manager, she told us there was nothing she could do and she didn't care to do anything. She then threatened to call the police. I have no desire to eat there again."
"I love papa John's but it wasn't as good as it was about two weeks ago. I'm going to assume it was someone else cooking it this time. So hopefully my next time going it will be better."
"Really nice workers! I came in for Doordash, and the map brought me to the wrong area. I asked if they had pizza for the customer I had, and they looked and didn't have it. Then they told me how to find the right papa John's (which was just to call doordash) and they were overall very helpful."
"This location was good!! My food was hot and fresh!! I ordered online and received a better deal. The only thing I didn't like is the fact they didn't have change so I had to walk next door to the gas station... But my order was 40 dollars plus... So that's the only thing... I will be returning and I'll just make sure I have my card. Awesome customer service!!!"
"Just got yelled at by some tall guy who thinks he owns the place. Brown hair and a goatee. I was delivery and he yells at me in front of everyone while the manager did nothing to stop him!!!!!! The customer now has to pay .10 cents per like foil packages for any seasonings!!!!! No other store charges for miles and miles. They are free everywhere else!!!! I delivered a few days ago, no charge. Then he says they have to pay. No where on the menu is there a place to order seasonings!!! Of course the customer was not happy!!!!!!!! I told her the story & apologizing non stop. So dude I have no idea who you think you are or who you’re speaking to. But it won’t happen again!!! But I told her to call headquarters. Get a refund. I will never step foot in there again. You dude belong in a dark room on a computer! You have zero and I mean Zero customer service skills!!!!!!!!!! I hope your headquarters reads your reviews."
