"The woman who work here are so ghetto and rude. They must have some miserable lives to put out that ugly energy. If you're Dasher stay away they have long wait Times and they don't give you everything in the order or have an order completely be missing."
"I would rather give no stars. I waited 20 minutes for my order while staff was arguing back and fourth, once I got my order I asked for sweet heat sauce and she tried to charge me for that after spending $20, employees had a very nasty attitude. Ice machine down. Soda machine needs clean. Bathroom needs clean. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
"I can't rate the food because I never received it. I made a delivery order. I had a coupon for 12 ghost pepper wings and 6 tenders with two large sides. The dasher called and told me they were out of the wings. I asked what could they replace it with? They said three whole wings. What? That's only equivalent of 6 ghost pepper wings. I said how about just giving me 6 whole wings. Sounds pretty reasonable to me since they are the ones inconveniencing me, and the dasher that was going to deliver my order. They said no because the price of the whole wings is different than the ghost pepper wings. That really shouldn't matter at this point. Now it's a matter of customer service, which was horrible. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager got on the phone, and as I was trying to explain the situation, she wouldn't let me get a word in. That really pissed me off, and I told her to shut the f up I'm trying to explain the situation. She didn't like that because now she refused to talk and gave the phone back to the dasher. The dasher was real nice and apologized to me. I told her she didn't need to apologize, as none of it was her fault. Luckily I was able to cancel my order. To The manager that was working Sunday Nov 26th around 1:00pm. You were very unprofessional, and I hope you get the proper training you need to run a restaurant, and learn proper customer service."
"Update!! The staff here has become openly rude. It does not matter if you order ahead drive thru or come in and sit down. They are rude none the less. The manager female has no control over her shift. The employees will talk to you any kind of way. From now on, if I want Popeyes, I will drive to the Fairview Heights location. This was my last visit."
