"I love going to this Arby's and Ben and Christian Are my favorite workers they are really friendly and does a damn good job serving he needs a raise"

"There was only one car ahead of me when I pulled up. And he pulled away from the speaker right away to continue to the window. With no other cars around or in front of me. That was the only one. The guy on the speaker told me to wait a minute and it ended up being about five minutes. After I pulled up to the window the guy infront was pulled infront of the window waiting for food then after I paid he had me pull in a parking spot to the side with only me and the other vehicle waiting. This is just odd and unexceptable. Small order long wait with only me and another vehicle."

"Good food. Cashiers needed a bit more training, but overall, a good experience. I can't ever recall having a bad dining experience in any Arby's that I've eaten at."

"Lowered my rating. Went to get some food, waited for nearly 5 minutes. No greetings or service. Girl behind counter looked at us when we walked in and never said anything to us. Just acted like she was busy, young black girl with long braids. This was 5:30 pm on 11/21/2023.. Ended up going to White Castle where we got immediate service."

"The food was hot and fresh. I didn't have to wait long at all to get my order after I placed it. It seemed like the crew is still in drive thru only mode as the dining room could have received a little attention with dirty tables and stuff on the floor. Also the drink station could have used a wipe down and there were very few lids. The new burger was good but it was very well done instead of the medium that the menu board made a point of mentioning."
