"All was well except the birthday cake for my 7 yr old nephews birthday party was stale. For a 350 dollar private birthday party, you would hope it wouldn't be stale. Also, they didn't have anyone at the door checking to make sure nobody left with a kid they weren't supposed to be leaving with. I get that usually it's younger kids working there but still, in today's world you should have someone at the entrance/exit doors making sure no one leaves with a child that they are not supposed to leave with"
"Horrible Service, should’ve learned the first time from the first family birthday party. Horrible Customer Service while throwing a party took hours for the pizza after requested two hours ahead. Plus, the pizza was NASTY. Terrible after taste. They never check up on you. If they do it’s to complain and charge you even more for what was originally paid for. Don’t recommend. If I could give zero stars, trust I would. Plus the games aren’t even fun. AND the workers have the WORST attitude."
"This location is in immaculate condition! Shavon who was working had thee best customer service ever! She was so sweet and welcoming! Redeeming tickets was pleasant with her! This place is very well clean and taken care of. All games were working. Not crowded at all. Restrooms were also clean. I will indefinitely come back to this location!"
"$19 alone for THOSE WINGS? No mam. My kids had fun, as did I. It was clean and not busy. But do not eat here. We paid $92 for two 30 minute cards, pizza and 6 wings. Eat at home and enjoy some games."
