"Poor quality food. This location butchers their product all the time. Examples: severely unproportioned cut pizza, undercooked pizza with super flimsy dough, very poor dough-to-sauce/pizza ratio, where you have a lot more crust than anything else, and the bread sticks are very often heavily misshaped and rarely somewhat uniform in length/thickness, on top of not being cooked very much and are very doughy. (is that even safe?). Here's an example of what you can expect from their 'deep dish'... See picture. The team is very bland as well. They will walk up to the desk, ignore that you're there, and then just walk back. Sometimes you won't have someone greet you for 2-3 minutes or longer after entering the store, and they're right behind the wall with the menus too, so its not like they can't see you or hear you. The staff is not rude, but not very cheerful at all. Clearly the top managers need to get involved and fix this place."
