"Most nights: Great, quick service with good food. Other nights: Atrocious service with bad communication between kitchen staff and servers/cashier, burned pizzas. I once waited in the takeout line for 2 hours. The meal was refunded and I was given a gift certificate so they made up for it, but that shouldn't have happened and is entirely on the kitchen staff. This is still my go-to pizza place in town given the price, promotions, and high quality when they're on their game."

"Stopped by with the family for lunch on a Sunday, pretty dead inside. Sat down and ordered a bit of everything, the lasagna looked horrible super salty, told the waitress to send it back, otherwise food was average came to find out later that I was charged for the lasagna. Wish I never tipped the waitress, so disappointed they used to be so much better."
"Not sure what changed over there but consistently get burnt pizza. Not sure who gave the OK to put this pizza in a box and give to someone but probably should just quit their job if they don't actually care about the final product. At least the delivery guy was nice. Kudos to him."
