"My appointment was canceled day of by the office and was offered an appointment for a different day. I declined and asked if my son could be worked in w/ the other provider since we had been waiting for months for this appointment. And we would have been traveling almost 2 hours to this appointment. Myself and husband took the day off and made arrangements for this appointment. It was very disappointing that the office would not work with us. I’ve worked in a medical office and I’m aware of protocol when having to reschedule pts this office just does not care. The staff was not apologetic. Please take your little ones elsewhere."

"Dr. Thai is so great. He took his time to educate us about the eye during our daughter’s visit. I was very comfortable and did not feel pressured to make any decisions regarding her health. They have toys available for their patients to play with and it made a world of a difference with our one year old daughter."

"If you have Ascension Personalized Care, DO NOT COME HERE. They will completely waste your time & charge you double what the co-pays says online for a routine vision exam & then say it's out of pocket for the glasses you told them you were coming for in the first place. Horrible experience. They push getting a referral onto you wasting hours of your time, when your insurance doesn't require a referral & say no eating in the waiting room when they sell candy. Very disingenuous place. The doctor at least was very nice, but complicit in the scam. When I mentioned to him the staff could use better training, so they weren't lying to people when they specifically ask ahead about the glasses and routine eye exam before coming in, to charging double and then not covering the glasses at all after the eye exam has been done he just started talking about the whole insurance system being complicated, not taking any kind of responsibility for asking his staff to do better."

"I couldn’t get past the office environment which felt beyond dirty and cluttered. It felt as if I was in an episode or hoarders and how no one has thought that it needs to be cleaned up is beyond me. The doctor could have been the best in her field and I still wouldn't have felt comfortable. I would highly recommend that the office be cleaned up to give a better first impression for patients."

"I loved the kid friendly atmosphere. There were many thing for them to play with. My husband has keratoconus, so my main concern is for a knowledgeable doctor to understand parents worries, and Dr. Thai, did just that. I even had hands on experience to better understand how my kids see. I am sad that they did not accept Bright Health Care for the vision portion to get the glasses with them since the Dr. also explained the importance of choosing the right frames. It was a very unique place, like no other. I plan to establish my children here since there condition is concerning for me."
