"The therapists here, are superb, the purpose of this facility, and what I try to focus on when rating this place. However the front office ladies and their lack of kindness or being willing to help people, aside from the young one who is always so kind and willing to be helpful, is rather alarming that a place that literally is there to assist those with special needs and their families, can have such poor customer service skills and lack of genuine kindness or interest in the families going there. My advise is to focus on the therapists and the value your child is (hopefully) getting from their sessions"

"The therapist here are good. We're new to the area and this is the first place that we called and have been here since. However, dealing with the front desk ladies is always a hassle. Christine and Christen can be very rude at times. Any time that I have needed to speak to them about anything, they just sit there and will not come to the window to help you. They do it when someone else points you out. They are extremely unprofessional. I am in the process of looking for another place to take my child. I do not have to settle for disgruntled office staff that do not want to be there."
