"Dr. Nguyen is great but I had a bad experience with the staff. My child was referred to a specialist but the referral paperwork was not done properly. The specialist and myself try repeatedly to get it worked out. I even showed up at Dr. Nguyen's office again. The specialist gave up and now I have a large bill from them, which is disappointing."
