"Ordered a pair of shorts for pick up around 4:00 p.m., said it would be ready for pick up within 2 hours. By the time the store closed at 8 I still had not received a text or email saying my order was ready. My order wasn’t ready until into the next day. VERY slow for pick up orders."

"The guy at the front of the store was very rude only seconds after I entered the store. While I like the jeans here, the customer service is definitely lacking. Ruined the shopping experience for me. Hope he learns how to politely interact with others or finds a job where he doesn't need to talk to people. Most likely will not be coming back."

"Customer service was lacking. Employees seemed to want to refuse to help customers when they were standing directly at the front of the line. In addition, the shorts are overpriced. It's frustrating knowing that they'll probably be on sale in a few months after the season but you have to pay full price now. Instead of shopping here go eat at Mellow Mushroom, it's a much better experience."

"Always a pleasant experience. Great store. Saw a young, dark haired woman getting a verbal thrashing from a nasty customer yesterday and she handled it with grace. I wanted to give her a hug. Wish I would have gotten her name to pass on the mgmt that she deserves recognition for the way she handled the situation. Some people can be so awful around the holidays."
