"I'm frustrated with Jollyville Pediatrics as they canceled my child's appointment, citing a previous no-show. Despite explaining I had rescheduled and it was a mutual error, they stuck to Nitzia Cepeda's policy, refusing to see my child. This lack of flexibility and understanding is disheartening. I expected a more compassionate response. I caution other parents about Jollyville Pediatric's lack of professionalism and unwillingness to work with patients in situations beyond their control."
"I I can’t say enough good things about this practice!! I have been taking my boys to Dr Evelyn Spencer for a couple of years now and now that I have my newborn another lovely boy I knew I would take him there also thanks to the incredible support and service and care I receive every single visit. I’m so sorry girls I forgot the names but the front desk reception is incredible!! From the check in rep to the check out rep they are always so welcoming and helpful!! Never have I had a issue taking my boys there appointment or last minute. They truly care, if your child needs to been seen right away regardless of the appointment they will see them because they care. Dr Spencer is truly amazing and my boys love the candy and stickers they get. The medical assistants are amazing also. My favorite thing about this practice is they are so fast and quick, after you check in they don’t take long to call you back, they see you fast back there and the Dr also goes in to the room very quickly. Thank you, thank you!!! For all you do, Dr Spencer we love you, my boys love you and we wouldn’t be happier going anywhere else!!! Love, the Meza boys!!"
"Nitzia Cepeda has been nothing but an excellent doctor since I brought my premature daughter in 2011 ,after that also my son has been taken care of by her as well. She will tackle the problem and do everything in her hands without hesitation. She is caring and gentle."
"Super Happy! Dr. Spencer is great. She checked my daughter for strep. The culture did not show strep immediately, but she prescribed meds regardless. Sure enough, a few hours passed and she said the culture grew and to administer the meds. That was on a Fri, & so I was thankful. Dealing with strep on a weekend with no meds would have been awful!"
"Dr. Cepeda is an amazing pediatrician. She is my kids doctor since they were born. Now they are 9 and 7. She always listens and respond any concerns. She is very sweet, a great doctor and person."
