"I enjoyed moving in. The process was very easy. We had some breaker issues with the stove, but were fixed right away. I do have some complaints on the placement of light switches. Also dog park would be nice to have move benches and activities for the dogs to do. Would also be nice if they recycled here. They tell me that the city doesnt recycle, but the city of Georgetown, does have a curbside recycling program. I end up baging my recvlables and drop them off at another apartment complex to be picked up."
"Recently, the office charged me separately for something that I thought was included in the amenity fee. They said it was part of the amenity fee in the lease. The leasing manager said that property management would check it out and call me back in a few days with an explanation. I inquired over 2 weeks ago, but there has been no call back. Well, I am going to stop waiting for a response. They don't take anything seriously and it's not worth it for anyone to consider living here."
"The apartments are nice and quiet but parking is spacious but few and my car is getting beat up seemly daily. I am so tired and will be glad when my lease is up. I've been here three months and I have a ding on the side, a scrap on my bumper and a scrap on my fender. I have 10 months left therefore I have 10 more things to happen to my car. Not a place for new or well kept cars."

Brand New Community well built with so much amenities and quality and styled finishes yet very affordable in this part of town."
"I love these apartments! They are gorgeous on the inside and very spacious. Closets and restrooms are big which I love. Lots of counter space in the kitchen with a cute island is a plus. The walls are not thin so I don’t ever hear the neighbors or any kind of noise. I only have 2 complaints though.. the light switch in the master bedrooms restroom is behind the door. ?? Weird concept. You have to close the door completely before flipping on a switch. And the resident parking is first come first serve and if you get home later than 6pm you’ll have to park on the other side of the world and walk back to your apartment. Parking is very limited. Aside from those 2 things, I really enjoy living here."
