"9 out of the 11 times I've gone to this location, my order is incorrect. Maybe I mumble when I order. Unfortunately, they don't usually read my order back, so I don't know where the problem starts. When I get to the window and something is inevitably wrong, I kindly let them know. They then, without hesitation, kindly let me know that the computer says otherwise. Very well, the computer disputes my claim. However, they are quick to get the order corrected. Hopefully the next time I scoot around, I'll scoot into a perfectly prepared order with no issues. If not, I'll have to continue being mildly inconvenienced, as I descend into madness from my recently diagnosed Alzheimer's."

"This was an unfortunate incident. I was in the drive thru yesterday around 5:00pm. My drink was a sf caramel skinny latte a little over 3/4 full and a water bottle. My total was 9.26. I gave a 2.00 tip. The girl at the window said do you wanna give the .74 too? Um no. I gave you 2.00 tip already. I thought it was rude and unprofessional to ask me that. I won't be back to this location and I'll think twice about giving tips anymore. I'm a pretty good tipper. But that rubbed me the wrong way. The coffees are good, the service that day not so much."
