"The workers here couldn’t care less. Waiting over 25 mins for a mobile order while standing inside with a group of 7 others waiting and zero interaction from anyone. Clearly, drive thru is priority watching 10 cars go by while I continue to stand there over 30 mins from when I originally placed my order. Absolutely never again….."
"I don't know the problem here, but they are not happy employees. I think my grade is way over generous. Should be lower. They don't listen. I ask for strawberry jam. They responded rudely, your butter is right there. You order breakfast, you don't see your coffee until they plate your meal. I haveonly been here for 3 breakfast in last year. But I have had it with them. There a lot more to complain, but I no longer care about this place. I will just drive farther north on 159 to the other Macdonald's or find something else. O they guard everything including napkins behind their counter. Yea, they get upset about coming up and asking for more."
"There was a horrible sewer smell coming from the ladies room that pushed through the restaurant. They brought out our meal with a whisper level at best. When we didn't get our drinks and asked about them, the waitress told us just a minute while she went over and shook hands with her friends at the other table. No other employees interacted with us and were all on their phones whenever we went to get something we needed. Being from out of town, that was the worst McDonalds experience we have ever had."
"Just went to this location. The staff on this shift was extremely rude. The speaker wasn't working, so I drove up to the first window, and the young man didn't say sorry or explain anything, just took my order. The young lady at the second just handed me my food and turned around to continue her conversation. I don't expect everyone to always be in a good mood, but that was not my favorite visit."
"Sat in the drive through for about 20 minutes. Cashier at the drive through did not bother to finish my order. I had to ask them if she had even received my order. Then when I get to the window, my order is incorrect. Not one word from the cashier at the second window, either. Very rude, very unprofessional. It will be my last time ever coming to this McDonald's.the service here is just pathetic. It's order number 1330 if you want to check the receipt. Ks#13. 10/08/2023. 09:06am"
