Alpine Apartments

"I lived in unit 106 January-June 2021, and really enjoyed my time there and having Christy as my landlord! Christy's communication during the freeze, maintenance work, and other concerns were excellent! She made the moving in and moving out process very easy with her detailed instructions. The unit was perfect size and in a great location for me while I completed my internship at TXST Round Rock. With the HEB a few blocks down and being close to the highway, it was always easy to run errands. I never had any issues with parking or any safety concerns. The property has cameras all around which made me feel very safe while I was living there."

"Loved living here. It was a small complex which I liked and the units are beautiful and have everything you need. Very quiet and family friendly. The management was very helpful, and nice all the time. I was sad to go but I will continue to refer others here. You will not be disappointed!"

"I just moved out of Alpine Apartments on 12/10/20. My experience has not been great. Residents get a parking sticker for their car and a hanging visitor tag. There were 3 apartments rented at the time. My children both live in Houston and they were planning to come over due to a hurricane heading for Houston. I called property manager, Christy Condit and asked for an extra visitor tag. She cut me off and told me that Grey Rock doesn’t do that. As I mentioned they are remodeling the apartments. I asked about cleaning because I saw the inside of one that was in the process of being remodeled. She said that it needed to be cleaned. My son and I spent 2 days cleaning the apartment. I was to leave my keys in a lockbox. Problem with that is that Christy gave me the wrong combination number for the box. I was then charged $100.00 for a drive charge to let cleaners into the apartment. She explained that that charge was in my lease. If that was the case, it should be a fee and not taken out of my deposit. I also got charged for cleaning. Why would you clean an apartment that you are getting ready to gut. The cleaning charge was $140.00. The apartments don’t have a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, locked laundry facilities. If you are looking for a place that will look out for you and care about your well-being, keep looking. Trish Murphy"

"I lived here once when i was 24 and a single mom. the space for the buck was just what i needed. I moved back in 8years later when my new husband and I needed to save some money. We stayed 2 years and enjoyed the small space. It is quiet and if you take the time to meet your neighbors they will look out for you. Having gas is great, make sure you sign up for auto pay from Atmos-their cust service is terrible. There is no washer/dryer hook up, so just set a plan to take your laundry elsewhere, the laundry only has 2 dryers. there is no dishwasher. If you are looking form something small low key, lower in rent I highly recommend Alpine."

"I've lived here for around 2 years, and I've enjoyed my stay so far. I'm glad I chose this complex for my first apartment. I've lived in two apartments of this complex, and I have felt at home and cozy the whole time. Its been affordable, a great location, with friendly neighbors. When things break, I just email the landlord politely, and its usually never taken lightly, and is addressed immediately. I'd definitely recommend these apartments to anyone, and I am sad I'll be moving to a new city soon."
