"This place is a total dump!!! Water out for weeks at a time, laundry room out for months. Maintenance is non existent. Landscaping comes by maybe once a month. Cockroach infestation, cigarettes thrown on the ground. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Please do yourself the favor and pay only slightly more for a nicer (habitable) place to live. I’d give zero stars if I could."
