"Don't have your loved ones live at this place! The manager and maintenance man are absolutely disrespectful in every single way! It's like living in a halfway house. They do nothing ti correct the issues. They use personal phones and cameras to walk in your home to take pictures of your children, to take pictures of cars! That place is supposed to help low income not treat them as inmates! I didn't know it was a crime being poor! They can't have anything to protect themselves which violates the second amendment. They patch job the apartments and when a new tenant does move in things start to fall apart and they charge for it! They absolutely need an investigation done!"
"I have been here at Georgetown Square Apartments for almost 4 months. I really like it here because it’s a nice quiet & peaceful place. The manger is very helpful & willing to assist at anytime. Yes, some of the rules or part of lease may seem strict but they are there to keep the apartments nice, clean & up to date. Which I think is great. We have on site maintenance during business hours in which he is very friendly & polite. The other residents are very nice. Most of them are older or elderly but they are great to be around. Overall, im trying to say that Georgetown Square Apartments is my home now and I am proud to be a resident."
"My mother and my special needs brothers live here and have lived here for almost 3 years, and this is a great community. They are very warm and inviting and make my family feel safe and secure. They don’t make you feel like you are just a resident they make you feel like family. They do different community activities such as craft class and potlucks to get the community together and to stay active. Even when I come and visit they make me feel welcomed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Georgetown."
