"I love living here. It is kept clean and is quiet. The office staff is attentive and prompt with any issues/questions. Other occupents are friendly, too."
"This is my 4th year to live here. My first two years were great. Then the property sold to new management and it has not been the best ever since. Maintenance is the worst. IF they fix the problem they do not clean up after themselves and leave a mess. When you try to call after hours for maintenance the automated system doesn’t work for you to leave a message. It used be pretty well kept, now the breeze ways are dirty and valet trash rules are not enforced. I will not be renewing my lease. I would look elsewhere to live for the price."
"I’ve lived at the Rivery Park Apartments for about 2 and a half years and have only experienced above and beyond with their management. Jennifer has helped me many times with any questions or concerns I’ve had. Management and maintenance is always very timely with their responses and effective with any issues I’ve had come up. The location is in the perfect area in Georgetown. Lots of stores and shopping centers easily accessible."
"Highly recommend this location! This year marks the 8th year I have lived here and I continue to be very satisfied with the staff & maintenance crew who take great care of the property. I am one of the first residents who moved into Bldg. #4 while construction was still going on around me when I moved in 8 years ago. Staff was quick to take care of roof damage to all four buildings on the property inflicted by the snow and heavy ice in 2021. The pool & fitness center are superb and well taken care of. Most important to me is having my own garage where I know my car is out of the elements and always safe."
"Overall a great place to live, with super nice, clean apartments and new appliances. Convenient location, lovely pool, and close to a great park. You're steps away from Rivery Park with playgrounds and trails along the San Gabriel River. They have a beautiful gym, outdoor lounge with television, and my favorite, an indoor lounge with a pool table and latte machine. The complex is always treating us to fun things as well, like donuts, cookies, food trucks, you name it. If you're considering this location, it's best to just come and tour it. The front office people are very helpful and will help you find the perfect apartment for you."
