People usually write reviews when they're upset, but just know that the majority of us are thankful for this company and happy to have such amazing landlords."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO LEASE ANY PROPERTY! Disclaimer we are in process of filing legal actions against this company and placing the owner of the property on notice and filing lien against the property. We leased a property that is being managed by this company and we’ve had numerous issues: A) Falsely accused of damages to irrigation plumbing of the exterior of the home. Pathfinder currently has placed charges on our account for these damages based upon no proof of fact. Their only source of justification/response (verbal only) is because the irrigation company they hired to come inspect leaks, stated we must of caused damage. B)Water leaks that failed to be fixed timely and properly that lead to almost two months of exterior water leaks (approximately 2 gals a minute) that we incurred significant water bills from the city. Note: we had to contact the city over this period of time and request for them to perform an inspection and audit on property to prove a leak still existed due to the failed efforts (3 attempts) of the irrigation company “that accused us of causing the damages”. Pathfinder sent a plumbing company out immediately once we proved this leak based upon documentation from city; however, to make matters worse we placed a work order in the portal requesting copy of plumber invoice from Pathfinder to be able to submit to city water department to receive credits and THEY DELETED (CLOSED OUT) OUR TICKET FROM SYSTEM AND TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT COMPLIED WITH OUR REQUEST. C) Failed to return phone calls based on voicemails left over these matters. D) Failed to reply to emails left over these matters. We will follow up with additional proof (emails, pictures, names, recordings etc.,) to support the facts once our legal processes have been filed. This company and staff always has an excuse of why their right so BEWARE OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND STAFF!!!"
