"Lived in the Retreat community for four years. There's close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the interstate. Community is safe, clean and well maintained. Maintenance personnel are prompt and attentive. There's been many changes in management over the years, but noticed a huge improvement with the present team. Will certainly miss being being a part of this community."

"I’ve only inquired about this place but if it’s in info you need then they’ll have no problem giving you all you need . I got approved but ultimately didn’t move in but the process of approval was very easy. Amber took care of all of my concerns and was very understanding when I said I could not move in unfortunately. From what I’ve seen they have updated appliances (stainless steel). Great amenities and it’s in a great neighborhood. If you’re looking for a safe and nice home to live in with reasonable prices then retreat is the way to go."

"Irresponsible management We leaved there Jul-Nov 2023, all this time I had a feeling management do not care about people at all. Just interesting facts: 1. It took them 3 weeks to approve our application form, 2 weeks because it was "pending management approval". Other apartments are doing it for 2 days! 2. Communication is awful, most of my emails they just ignored, I thought maybe they had some technical issues and haven't seen my requests about missing keys/dirt garage/etc but I went to lease office and they confirmed they saw my email. When pool was closed for a while - I never received an email that it's actually was open back. 3. Instead of sending you a reminder to pay from their website - they will wait 5 days after payment due date, not telling you anything and then they will put under your door 3 day move out notice! I thought I would have a stroke after I saw this. This is absolutely inappropriate way to communicate! 4. There was a time when valet trash service made a photo of my trash bags on the ground, while I put them inside the container. I was in stress each time putting my trash outside of the apartment after that. So if you've red my review, think twice before applying. Amenities and location are good, but I won't recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends."

"Words cannot describe the over and beyond help Meagan at the front desk provided for me and my pets while moving in. She’s is the kindest and thoughtful person. She makes an amazing chili too as I moved in late into the apartment.Taylor also stayed in communication with me and offered help to get me squared away as I moved in from Houston. I’m so happy to being living here at the Retreat at Wolf Ranch! My dogs love the sunshine in the backyard/patio!"

"My family and I visited the Retreat at Wolf Ranch in July 2023, we enjoy the ranch type views and the awesome hospitality provided to us by the staff. We had packages delivered at the office and had the pleasure of meeting the manager Kristen, all packages were received with no problems, even though we were just visiting. Kristen and the staff went above and beyond providing us we information about the property and services of property.
